It's an extra 15 seconds of walking, I don't live in a bad neighborhood, I've made hundreds of orders. There's no reason to believe delivering to the back of a house in the suburbs at 9 am is unsafe. There's no reason for them bot to but it still happens. And I always tip well, at least 20% or 10$ whichever is higher
