Still needs to be seen as you saw vomited pills which will have been the ibuprofen causing gastric upset. you don't know how much she ate Vs how many was absorbed and how much of the ones she took were partially absorbed. It's not an instant reaction or death hence why vets really implore you to take them in as the kidney failure aspect can happen days afterwards and by that point it's much harder to fix it at all.
I would talk to a solicitor. If there is history of DV there and your son has admitted his dad abuses him there is a good chance that a court will grant a prohibited steps order and even a non molestation order so he can't harass you for refusing contact with your son.

You can't just "let them out" you have to watch them do it and tell them that it's a good thing with treats/praise. Otherwise they won't know it's a behaviour that you want them to do

Get him to feel baby move when it gets to that stage. It'll be fine trust me

I had an infected gall bladder a couple of Christmases ago. He got mad I was too long in the hospital. Then he got mad we had to pick up medication, got mad I was told to rest IN BED (I was supposed to be admitted but there wasn't any space so I went in for check ups). Had me wrapping gifts in agony Christmas eve. Christmas day he wouldn't help with the kids or make the food then blew up that I "ruined Christmas"

Also to add in a dog your pups size it only takes a couple of pills to be toxic due to such a low threshold and she consumed and vomited at least 10
