1. I feel like people have asked this already, but is there a way to get a high def copy of this to print and hand on my wall?

  2. I have it on my Etsy shop as a print. If you need the image file to print locally, you can send me a dm.

  3. dude could you make a tutorial ? i know you used another tutorial but could you make one of your process from start to finish? actually could i pay you to show me

  4. I wish I could. But here's the thing: I'm a terrible teacher. And also there's no 'one way' to do these things. Honestly every time I make a map, I have to think of a new method. It's weird but I haven't found a way when I can just copy/paste all tricks. Which sucks.

  5. Really nice! Can you describe how you make these?

  6. As someone who lives here, THIS. IS AMAZING!!!

  7. New Zealand? Around the Upper Wairau Valley maybe.

  8. What do you use anyhow, ArcGIS? I’ve been trying to learn that lately

  9. You really put the small town I grew up in on the map, I find that hilarious

  10. I used to go over maps to see if my tiny town was in it. I was always happy to see it.

  11. It’s kinda sad that most BC people won’t see this at all. Would be fun to post in some sub but everything seems to be blatant self-promotion. Well, I kinda get it though…

  12. I decided not to use BC map projection but instead opted for full Canada projection so it fits nicely to 70x100 cm page.

  13. I've lived in Western Ohio my whole life and the map makes it look actually interesting. Very well done!

  14. Thanks! Loving mountains, but there's beauty in flat places as well. I'm from very flat corner of the world and it's somehow... soothing.

  15. Not an expert on all things Ohio but I think you did a good job picking out top attractions. I can at least speak for the ones I have visited, they are all worthy of being on the map: Cedar Point, Kings Island, CVNP, Cleveland Art, Rock n Roll, Fball HOF, Hocking Hills, Columbus Zoo, Cinci Museum Center, and most importantly the Air Force Museum in Dayton! Single handedly the most underrated museums I have ever been to. Was passing through Dayton and decided to stop because it was FREE, spent 3hrs there and could have easily stayed longer. Great map as always, I had fun scanning for little details.

  16. What's the experiment and why was it exhausting?

  17. Colours, shading generalization, retro look, typographic experiment. Exhausting, because I lost count of layers in Photoshop and probably can't even reproduce the look.
