The key is to keep your cool this summer.

  1. Companies can issue special voting right stocks directly to their management. Remember that the total amount of preferred shares AMC can issue is 50M. This also equates to 5B preferred units. Here's a breakdown of the situation:

  2. I'm not the most up-to-date but I don't trust the CEO to not do it again with all the dilution that's already happened this year.

  3. If I recall correctly, don't you need shareholders to vote on additional share issuance? Given 80%+ of AMC is owned by retail who are hoping for a massive rise, I firmly believe the company will see opposition on any and all attempts to issue shares.

  4. As long as the US is a global power and they can print dollars, there is a 0% chance the banks will be allowed to fail.

  5. When is your starting date? I'm in the same situation starting 4/20 as an analyst, but kinda scared about potential rescinds.

  6. From what I hear its not a golden ticket in, but more like a modest buff to your resume.

  7. inb4 they just straight up start buying stocks.

  8. One of my applications froze their hiring process. Another is going all into phone calls. I am a new grad and this virus came at a bad time.

  9. Every mock in the CFAI under timed conditions, no notes, etc

  10. Assuming you’re reviewing what you got wrong or guessed on afterwards, thats a good place to be (I’m speaking anecdotally, this sub has good surveys with data). I took 6 mocks when I did L1. Averaged a 70%. Lowest score was 65% but that was the first one I took and how I kicked off my review process. I scored north of the 90th percentile on the real exam.
