  2. I apologize. I submitted a ticket directly to Corsair and made a phone call and was notified that tech support is closed until the 26th of January.

  3. Our tech support line is open. Wondering if the wrong number may be posted? For this issue the first thing would be to unplug the AC power cable and remove and firmly reinstall the 20 pin cable at the commander core controller. Next would be to verify the iCUE software and firmware version you have installed and force a firmware update on the cooler. This is much easier in a support ticket as we can send screenshots ETC. Please do let me know. Happy to assist.
