1. I sent you the link to my problem because I couldn’t copy and past, thanks

  2. There is water damage/corrosion somewhere. This gen prius is infamous for a leaking trunk hatch

  3. Changed the brake booster assembly and the brake accumulator in a 2014 Prius. Now it says that my brake fluid sensor is out of range. How do I fix that?

  4. Brake Reservoir has a sensor make sure you re connected it properly and check to see if you damaged it!

  5. As someone who repairs priuses day in and day out.. I feel bad for the owners at times. Repairs aren't cheap. It's a 9 year old prius ... it's low mileage but something like the hybrid battery failing due to age is possible and with the plug in the replacement in itself is a nightmare compared to the regular priuses. The market for priuses is ridiculous tbh in my opinion. 14k I would never ..

  6. It’s a nice drive through beautiful country and only about an hour and a half. Unless you’re driving it in a snowstorm because your connecting flight out of Colorado Springs was canceled and you have 2 hours to reach Denver international to catch the 2nd leg of your trip home or you’re stuck in Colorado for the weekend.

  7. It's in New Jersey, .. there's a chance the odometer was rolled back to look like it has lower miles than it actually does. Make the title is clean and free of odometer discrepancy

  8. You know how I got into fixing cars? .. I couldn't afford it. Man. Get 75 dollars worth of tools and a 100 dollar jack. Go spend 300 on parts and get to work!

  9. Starter... check your batteries terminals first. Check out starter relay as well.

  10. Arithmetic mistakes are very common. The main concern here is that he believes he’s ‘broken’ the entirety of fundamental mathematics rather than that he’s made a mistake.

  11. Vice grips and heat is your friend here. . Doesn't look you cut at the nut in this photo but at the bracket?

  12. A damp paper towel and just wipe them.

  13. What if it's not coming off? I don't wanna hurt the little guys by applying it too much :/

  14. Depends on how long you plan on keeping the car... a decent motor is worth it.. $1400-1800 .. junkyard motors are ehhh.. the lower the miles the better. When you say engine is going out what do you mean by that? Rebuilds on battery is not guaranteed if you've never done it before

  15. Pay attention to this. You broke a plug and now you want to pull the head?

  16. Bought like 40 high quality pairs when i made my own money... eventually they wear down enough and along with the combination of me rushing into them.. tear.. toss them out and replenish with newer designs .. I think 30 is a solid number because If you happen to be too busy with life adulting you'll have enough underwear to catch up with on laundry .. That's how I make sense of it in my head
