First of all, a car thief is going to car thief no matter what vehicle you have. In fact, some models from “safe” brands like Toyota and Honda higher on the list for a car thief due to their ubiquity. I think I read the CR-V or something that was one of the most stolen vehicles in America.

I simply cannot get over Megami and Nymphia’s verses but you’re right that they all did great. Even Mhi’ya opening the track was awesome. A performance I was not expecting.
Looks like it’ll be a little taller than a standard 14 Pro but not by much. The 14 Pro next to a 14 Pro Max looks very similar so I’m happy to see a phone size that’s not super huge.
I don’t think anyone expects that especially if you live in a problematic area…which seems to be the case. Like, I love my Kia but I would not be caught dead in one if I lived in or near areas prone to the Kia theft trend.
I wouldn’t say “flawlessly.” There’s a noticeable lag and audio quality also isn’t as good compared to BT or wired…assuming you have a discernible ear for that sort of thing (I do). Native support would eliminate those issues.
If you spend a little bit more on one of the better ones there’s no noticeable lag and audio quality is quite good for Bluetooth. There’s definitely no difference at all for phone calls. I have Carlinkit 5.0 and it works better than the factory wireless CarPlay in my 21 Sorento did. That thing would disconnect constantly no matter how many times they tried to update it and fix it.
I’ve bought various models from the cheap ones to the $100 ones and lag is definitely there. I skip tracks often when I’m in my car so I can tell the difference between an instant skip and a half second to one second delay. Again, this won’t matter for most, but I’m a purist who can tell, especially when it comes to audio quality. It’s why I use Apple Music over Spotify. Maybe one day a wireless adapter will come along that can live up to my expectations.
5th gen. No question. The 4th gen had a distinct look too but it was a bit too bulbous. 5th gen got the exterior and interior right and kickstarted the panoramic display trend…at least here in the U.S.
As someone who's only played the DC version, I have this to ask those whom have played both, "is the GC version better, and do you feel someone who's only played the original is missing out?"
It’s better in every area except audio. The Dreamcast had a higher quality audio chip and since the game was spread across two discs they also didn’t have to compress it as much. It’s also a little sharper visually because of the increased resolution capabilities the Dreamcast supported. Aside from this, GameCube all the way.
Yup. Having played both I still recommend the GameCube version. The additional content, faster loading times, and reduced encounter rates (the Dreamcast version had a hella high rate of random battles) make it the better experience.
Owned a 2022 EX for two years. Loved it. Probably my favorite Kia. Spacious but small so easy to park and for the price the included tech was great. Had no issues and mpg was great on the highway (averaged 30-31 before trading it in). Only complaints were cabin/road noise and lack of a fully digital display.
Yes the average is still 12-15k per year. I average 10k but can get to 12k the years when I do more road trips.
