Have you considered other factors like screen time, diet, exercise, meditation, etc? That sucks man. I had trouble sleeping also for a long time but changed my diet (as well as managed my screen time before sleep) and those have worked wonders for me. Hope you get good sleep soon.

Specifically the one where you've got some guy in the back of your ambulance and he has a bullet proof full body cast on and the swat team is after you and you have a time limit to damage him haha.
