I removed the 9x9 tile in my house by heating the edges of the tile where the plywood seams were underneath and ripped the whole sheet of plywood + mastic + tile out with minimal disturbance, and wearing ppe and masking off the portion of the house and keeping it wet and vacuuming only, no dusting/sweeping
we renovated our old 1985 kitchen by tearing down to studs and subfloor, installed new ceiling, installed a subpanel and ran new wire, installed hardwood floors, installed all new lighting and outlets, installed backsplash and shelves, installed appliances, all ourselves. We paid to have all the hardwood floors refinished throughout the house and have the cabinets + countertops + plumbing installed. We bought new mid/high end appliances as well.
took about a month and a half, it was my 8th time benching that i got to 225 lbs. i did 1 rep and felt really good so i tried again and got 225x2 and a failed 3rd rep lmao.
No help, just looked for 2 years

Bought it last time at 50% off, such a good deal, the brushless tools are so much better than the brushed versions i was using previously

Yes, that's likely to be an asbestos vinyl floor tile. They're non friable so pose no risk if not disturbed
So I’ll probably just put an underlayment and my hardwood on top, bummer
Is the top/upper 3/4 of the room red oak? and the bottom portion white oak?
he’s morbidly a beast
what brand/style countertop is that? is it quartz? we are looking into black quartz with white streaks too
