1. Any luck with removal of second row for your pup? I have just purchased a ‘23 and am considering removal of at least one captain’s chair for a bed for our Great Dane.

  2. Sorry for the late response I'm not on here often! I did have one captains seat removed from the second row, it was pretty simple as far as no electrical to deal with, just took out 5 bolts and it came right out. So I'm currently building a platform with wood, gonna seal it with marine grade epoxy, then put a thin rubber layer on top. Then a 4" foam bed on top for the big dog! I will share photos when I'm done!

  3. Yes, and easily. 2021+ with occupancy detection will have harnesses for the seats, that you will need to hide/cover.

  4. Wear comfy, colorful clothes. Music is important, lyrics are optional. Definitely eat some fruit. Go for a walk to a park if you can safely do so, and hug a tree. Write/type yourself a letter; include your most profound thoughts, capture the experience, or a simple love letter to read the next day. Watch Finding Nemo during your come down, it's absolutely beautiful.

  5. Eating while tripping can be difficult, like the act of chewing and swallowing itself is hard especially dry crunchy things. But fruit tastes so incredible, it's like the flavor is enhanced and the juiciness is a lovely experience, and for me it's like my brain and body give me a confirmation like yes this is so good for us please keep eating all the fruit!

  6. I have had an interesting experience while on a fairly high dose of mushrooms, after a period of time in which I felt like I was caught in a net or network of sorts, then felt as if I had broken through or into the net. Before the breakthrough, while I felt like a fish stuck in a net, my physical body felt like there were surges of energy pulsing through me - like a whole body chill or tickle but it felt incredible, and I never wanted it to end. But it did end, and I felt like I had broken through to the other side of this network, into something/somewhere beautiful. I got down on my yoga mat and rested my forehead on the floor, and between/alongside of dozens of thought arcs, I got a very strong sensation that my consciousness was immortal, that this physical realm and human experience is merely a pit-stop or a vantage point, a chance for us to gain experience - through sight and sound, smell, taste, touch, feeling emotions, etc. - before moving onto the next dimension/state of being. I felt a stronger sense then that our conscious souls will live beyond this lifetime than I ever have before.

  7. I think the majority of people don't understand what a healthy weight looks like in dogs. While it does vary by breed, being able to see ribs does not always indicate they are underweight, they are a 4 out of 9 on a body condition scale, which is recommended for larger breeds. She appears perfectly healthy from this image. I'm sorry you're experiencing this kind of judgement.

  8. I may be biased. But a shepherd may be the most loyal dog you could ask for. My sheppy is my best friend, he is insanely intelligent and such a sweetheart, he has a strong pack mentality and he comes over to "check in" several times a day (whether it's a boop with his snout or laying his head in my lap).

  9. The more I look at her though, is she a mix? Shepherd husky? Or Shiba Inu maybe? All I said still stands either way!

  10. To me the bump says boxer. The face says Dane.

  11. Definitely see Dane, probably boxer and pit! Would love to see DNA results on this cutie

  12. And that's just fine. Your real family may not be blood. I think if we're lucky (and cognizant) enough to know when our time to die is approaching, you throw a party in celebration of your life before you pass, before a funeral or burial takes place. One last hurrah with your real family and friends, to soak up the good times you've had. If our consciousness does exist beyond this physical realm, it's long-gone by the time our sack of meat is put into the ground or cremated. And everyone has a different way of coping, whether it's for someone close we cherished, or a near stranger who simply makes us ponder the meaning of life, the rituals of death.

  13. Yes get a second opinion and if/when he's stable enough for surgery have him neutered.

  14. Build/encourage positive associations of vet visits to reduce a pet's anxiety.

  15. Does this doggo need his anal glands expressed? Looks like he's got a raw butt from scooting..?

  16. I have a 9y German shepherd and a 5y Pyrenees, they keep each other young, they romp and wrestle all the time, they sleep against each other, they get excited to see each other after being apart for any amount time, they keep each other company when their humans are away, they are the best of friends. They have such a strong bond and it's a beautiful thing, I'm grateful they have each other ever single day.

  17. Season 11, Episode 15 "I Feel the Earth Move"

  18. Finding Nemo is absolutely beautiful. Just incredible and so many metaphors.

  19. My other kiddo is "River" so naturally - Rin-Tin-Tin Tinny Tiny Tinny Tin-Floof Tinny Twinkle-Toes Ten-Ply Tinny Floof Floof And we tell him his floofing floof-floof is floofing.

  20. My German shepherd's full name is Sir Grizwald Shepherdson McFarts-a-lot the First (and Only). "Grizzly" Griz Chris Christopher Jenkins Chris P. Bacon Sheppy Sherman Sheppy P. Sherman Jeppy Sir Dribblesworth And more to come I'm sure😂

  21. Mixed breeds tend to be less prone to certain health problems, and they are about half as likely to get cancer. Of course with non-purebred dogs it's hard to estimate life expectancy unless you get them dna tested, but most medium-sized dogs live between 10-13 years.

  22. Do more than one tab. Terrence McKenna said something along the lines of take whatever you think you should take, then double it. Heroic doses of acid are magical but can be a whole other ballgame than heroic doses of shrooms. Personally I feel like on acid I'm more clear minded and analytical, whereas mushrooms are the true magic, the true spiritual medicine, for lack of better terms. Try a higher dose of acid, compare it to your higher doses of mushrooms, then split the difference and take some of each - experiment, safely, and in a controlled and comfortable environment and with the right people, learn what you love most in this state of mind and surround yourself with it, be safe, mush love🤍
