I disagree. You can’t change genetics. I lift weights- I deadlift 230lbs and hip thrust 300lbs. I am 5’2 with a small frame- never had hips and my butt looks toned however never could get it to grow in the places I wanted to and mind you I follow the macros diet always consuming enough calories and especially protein. I had a BBL back in November and I absolutely love it. Since I was small with little fat to begin with it was able to give me the hips I never had and fat in my upper glutes. I have absolutely no cellulite and my butt still looks perky and I am still working out because now I actually have something to work with.
You're not doing anything that would burn a bridge right? Like you've been there a decent amount of time, you're giving them the standard 2 weeks notice, etc?
Know the chain of command and your position description like the back of your hand. Often what makes a bad coworker is someone who makes you do things you aren't required to do or act as they are your boss.
I feel like that’s what they do to me! I’m always the youngest and sometimes I feel like one of the women likes to exert her seniority over me and treats me as if I am her new hire, when we are co workers and supposed to be partnered together.
I would also recommend finding allies if there is one specific employee involved. Quick tip, if she is doing this to you, she is doing this to other colleagues so find out how they deal with her.

how do you go about finding a post op nurse? that's something I might want for a breast reduction but no idea where they like post resumes or whatnot haha
Try to google - "post operative care nurse" or "Post op nurse" or "post surgery nursing" or "concierge nursing" or "post surgery care at home" and add your city to each of the surgeries. Try to play around with those.
Look into einkorn flour! I have been baking exclusively with einkorn since it’s the healthiest flour out there - made with completely whole grains and not processed like white all purpose flour
Maybe in addition to an alarm clock that is across the room, you can get one of the alarm clocks that light up your room as well. When there is a significant lighting change in the room I’m sleeping in, it tends to wake me right up!
Definitely reach out to local animal shelters or humane societies. A lot of them have pet pantries! It's completely free and some may even be able to help with vaccinations and medications.

I was at the beach at the time of the shooting and took cover at the hotel next door. It was broad daylight - around 6pm. Police did not show up for what felt like forever - at least 30 minutes or more. I saw the woman who died earlier in the day just playing with her two dogs enjoying the day and the sun. It was just a beach club at a nice hotel and then totally senseless violence came at random. My thoughts are with her family.
I had surgery while being sick; bad cough, troubles with breathing, runny nose etc. I could just have the surgery as long a i didnt have a fever (they dubble checked at the hospital to make sure) Must say they gave me some good meds during surgery bc after i felt waaaaaay better. Just had a little dip at 3 days, sick and recovering from br isnt ideal but yeah, no fever but feeling sick as hell meant green light for surgery for me!
