1. I agree for the most part, especially the part of people not really knowing interrupts and to actually use them frequently. I play warlock and I get shafted quite a few times because a rogue or warr isn't kicking on cd or at all

  2. Agree. Also the amount of Destro/Affli Locks I've experienced in m0 or +2 to 5 keys over the years that had their Imp out 24/7 is a lot higher than I'd like to admit.

  3. Most people who want to tank join a guild as dps, tank as needed for keys or to fill, then potentially try to be a perma tank if one quits or wants to swap ect.

  4. Can confirm. I do recruitment for my CE guild since late Shadowlands and the only time we recruited a tank, was when one of our tanks said mid season, he won't tank the next. It is just so much easier to have one of your raiders reroll, because for non rwf guilds you don't need the god tank. You need a player that can press buttons and is reliable in terms of mechanics and attendance. And so far we always had someone that wanted to tank.

  5. Turns out, if you are a decent human being and can ignire someone calling you an idiot once in a blue moon, very few people will treat you in a toxic manor. I feel like a large majority of people posting of toxic experiences, just conveniently forget to mention the part where they showed a toxic trait, like being super self-righteous or all high and mighty for no reason.

  6. I'd say discipline priest and resto druid. Both require you to set up your healing before the big damage happens. Disc relies more on cooldown windows. Resto relies on Heals over Time and you judging correctly how much they will heal for and how much time you got.

  7. any mechanic that actually needs a weak aura to perform

  8. This. I like weakauras in general, but I hate mechanics that need an assignment/autosolver weakaura to not be borderline impossible to play. Like mythic Echo.

  9. Well aside from the obvious which are spine and dark Animus

  10. Oh god trash bosses are so bad pretty much always. Worat recent offender was first boss of sepulcher. Kinda oknon Mythic because the boss was there all the time, but on heroic is was just standing around waiting for adds for like 4 minutes

  11. Even if some players disagree. Personally MR is a fine spell and a million times better than most of Affs history. I prefer it at the end of SL to now, but I’ll hold out hope for a more price based gameplay with some hero talent updates.

  12. I tend to agree, that MR is ok and not the issue. The aoe single target split in the tree is the main issue. S1 Shadowlands Aff was quite fun and very good in raid and decent in keys as long as you got your handful of globals to set up your dots for AoE MR spam. The return of sow the seeds kinda ruined it and the spec is a split mess since.

  13. I’d sell my soul for Legion Aff to come back. It was perfect for me. Stack up your dots and drain away. Oh and the drain was a heavy HoT to boot. Gods it was great.

  14. God Legion Aff with a heavy nerf to the Drain Soul healing would be a dream come true. On that note, please bring back Legion Grimoire of Supremacy. I miss my Infernal buddy Blazefist.

  15. Tbh, that's the best Paladin set since Tomb of Sargeras and it's not even remotely close.

  16. Thats not paladin only or, just a plate set

  17. I know. Just looks very paladin like and far better than any recent Paladin set.

  18. I read somewhere, that's pretty good for an Enhancement Shaman. Strength > all

  19. Druid has the best shot at being the meta healer I think.

  20. Name one (1) good set that came from either of the two “raid themed” tiers. You can’t. They all sucked. The closest any of the sets got to being decent was the shaman vault set and the priest sepulcher set, and those basically WERE normal sets for those classes in those raids. Everyone got rocks in vault, and it looked terrible, except for on the class who gets rocks every third tier or so already. Everybody got whispy, white, sanitized, borderline angelic sets in sepulcher, and it looked terrible, except the class who basically gets that set every other tier. The raid themed sets were terrible, and they would’ve stayed terrible. What would we have gotten this tier, for example, if we’d kept that formula? Thirteen sets of leaves and bark that were completely indistinguishable from each other other than having pants verses robes. If they’re going to do that they might as well just stick with the bfa/shadowlands model of having one set for each armor type

  21. Not a fan of the Sepulcher sets, tho Paladin and Hunter were allright.

  22. My only problem with theming a tier set off of a class is how do you choose what to use? Let's use Paladins as an example. Do you make Human paladin tier set #5? What about Tauren paladins? When's the last time, if ever, we got a Paladin tier set that was Tauren themed? Same with mages, priests etc.

  23. Imagine ever getting Troll or Tauren themed class sets unless it's a Troll or Tauren raid.

  24. I'd say Raz is probably 3rd after Tindral and Fyrakk. Hard and long fight, but at least phase 3 was free.

  25. P1-P2.5 was still longer in duration than Tindral/Fyrakk though. Even without P3 I found Raszageth harder personally

  26. Maybe, you're right. I didn't get past P2 Tindral this tier sasly due to roster issues, so it's hard to judge. Tindral felt more punishing than Raz in terms of 1 person failing leading to a wipe. Raz could be progressed a decent bit with 1 or 2 deaths iirc.

  27. ja, das wird den jungen schülern auch so gehen. brillanter vorschlag, falsche zielgruppe

  28. Traurig, aber abhängig vom Musikgeschmack der Eltern wahrscheinlich leider wahr.

  29. I was in your position last fated season and used it to play Ele, because I rarely get the chance to otherwise as there isn't a good reason to bring Eles to raids usually. And current Ele is quite fun to play.

  30. If you want to go beyond lfr, I highly recommend looking for a guild. It's mich smoother and more fun experience than joining random groups in group finder. When I wanted to get into raiding in Legion, I just looked on wowprogress for Heroic raiding guilds that cleared the tier before and messaged some of them until one replied and I could join. Raided with them fir the rest of the expansion until they kinda stopped and started looking towards mythic progression. Nowadays many guilds also have a recruitment profile on warcraftlogs or raider.io and these sites are far easier to navigate imo.

  31. Would be nice for roleplay servers… very common for “targeted means my RP toon is looking at your character” so it would be nice to quickly know haha

  32. Only thing I can think of is a weakaura that notifies you, when a spell is cast at you in an m+ dungeon. But that doesn't tell you by who, just the spell and cast time.

  33. Everyone is telling you monk because it is fotm. It is really strong and will likely be strong. But monk has been far and away the lowest played class and MW one of the lowest played specs since forever. And if they nerf some things (which seems unlikely), then everyone will leave monk again. You will likely have a good time but you need to understand the different playstyles.

  34. True, MW was pretty muchbone of the worst healers many times in the past. Doesn't change the fact that anytime I played it, it was also the most fun healer apart from maybe HPal before the rework.

  35. Purely in Terms of fun and mostly with a focus on m+

  36. You might be right, even tho from a mythic raiding pov it's hard to grasp. If you get comfortable with heroic or early mythic, normal and lfr feel like colorful training dummies with boss music. Imo it's good we gave different difficulties, so everybody can experience the raids at their own comfort level.

  37. Yeah, there are always different numbers and honestly we cant know for sure without bliz telling us. I feel like LFR is easy too. But Heroic is already the very very top of the players.

  38. Yeah, I assume the amount of players that get CE every tier hovers somewhere around 0.5% or lower dependinon the tier. A lot lower this tier most likely.

  39. Yes it works, I did so for my guild multiple times. Now with cross faction m+ and raids, like 50% of my once Horde guild went Nelf or Dwarf.

  40. I like it. I think it was back in Cata that they decided every class would get a group buff and that was fun because no matter what you were playing you could offer something.

  41. While it sound nice and feels nice to bring a buff to your raid, it's horrible from a raid group building pov. I do recruitment for my mythic guild for close to 2 years now, and having to reject good players because we have no spot for them without losing important buffs because like 17 out of 20 spots are locked, just feel horrible. For me there are only 2 solutions.

  42. Maje it so that the shaman attaches the totem to his back or something.Flavour, class identity and utility!

  43. Yes please. Having to skill the totemic replacement only to not waste globals on wft being out of range again is stupid and annoying.

  44. Well summed up. I'd assume with them mentioning shorter expansions, it's gonna be 3 tiers with 1 raid each and no fated season.

  45. I have yet to get the cursor or any transmog that is not a classic or mop grey/green item from that place, yet a buddy of mine got the Arcanite Ripper on his first run.

  46. My warband members in the follower dungeons in the roles they qualify for. If log out on my war as prot then he will be my tank for my hunter.

  47. I tried the "stick with a main" thing in Shadowlands. Mained Lock for all of the 3 regular season until I just couldn't bring myself to prog another tier on Demo. I hate that it's often the best spec for 5 tiers now, while it's by far the least fun for me.

  48. All I want to do is degen spam seed but blizzard simply won’t allow it.

  49. I feel the same about rapture. If it were me, I'd delete sow the seeds and just spam rapture in AoE like we did in 9.0, the last time Aff was actually a somewhat working cohesive spec.

  50. I never thought that there would be anyone that actually likes having shadow bolt on Aff. Drain Soul feels much more fitting to the spec imo.
