I think this way is better. I backed Giant-Man because they revealed classic Wasp was coming, anyway. So it doesn’t make much of a difference to me to pay $200 then and $50 now versus $250 all at once to get these included.
Sorry I didn't word that very well, that's what I was referring to. I didn't play the PSP version, but now having played it through for a few hundred hours I just think that's the answer to a lot of people's battle burnout on this game. It's repetitive af because it's a mobile game realistically, it's good for 30-45 minutes and then on with your day etc, it's cool they put it on console but you can just see how I think they meant for it to be an on-the-go type thing. Just my vibe from it though honestly I like hearing other's takes on it! I finally get the Zack love 😎
Old post I know, but after playing Rebirth, I went back to play through this again. The story is fun a second time around, but the amount of battles led me to this thread lol.
Can we have a comment on posters that cut and paste entire articles in the comments? Journalists deserve a fair wage, and theft of their work inherently devalues it.
If a website has a paywall, I’m all for making it accessible in the comments. People post articles here to discuss them and posting one that requires a paywall to read creates a barrier to that.
For me, it helps to tell myself "If I dont use it now, then I wont ever use it and I'll beat this enemy without it. If I DO use it now and waste it, then I'll have to beat the enemy without it anyway."
That doesn’t work though because I always think “sure, this would help me beat this boss. But the next boss might be worse and I’ll need that item even more!”
Booted up Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy for the first time, all excited to finally get started on it, only for the game to start up with a heavy metal concept album composed specifically for the game?! Goodness gracious. I thought I was going to play some Guardians but I can't bring myself to turn this stuff off. I'm blown away.
It was an obvious fad. Game was a novelty and it sounded like most players burned through the content within a week. Until some new update comes, the sub has moved on to the next game of the moment. Currently Helldivers 2.
This is terrible and would backfire. They make money off selling cool skins for people’s favorite character. Now imagine you just paid $20-$40 for a skin and you can’t use the character on a map?
The wording on this is a little confusing. They said they wanted to make earning coins easier, so maybe now all coins are earned through the bp and challenges only award xp?

People keep asking about the "P2" variant... What is that? I know he looks different but where does that outfit come from? Was it made specifically for a player 2 when playing smash and thats it or is the outfit in FF7?
The outfit is from the movie Advent Children and P2 refers to the variants some Smash characters have. So with Cloud you can play as him in the original outfit or the Advent Children one. The Fire Emblem protagonists like Corrin and Robin have male and female variants as well. So female Corrin is P2, for example.

I’ve been reading through Spider-Man with Amazing and Spectacular. I reached a point where there were some missing issues around the time Secret Wars happened that involve a plot point between Black Cat and Kingpin.
Mai running her TED talk for a full minute while I'm fighting in the open world combat assignments is a weird choice from the developers - I didn't hear jack of what she said on any of them as it all got drowned out by the combat. Otherwise I'm pretty neutral on the 2 of them.
Fully agree. Cloud and the gang are fighting for their lives while she’s rattling off a nature documentary. Would love to meet the person who can actually pay attention to her while trying to defeat the enemy and accomplish those challenges lol

Spider-Woman definitely felt like the logical choice. You could have easily adapted the original Jessica Drew story. Have her as a government spy or something and make it more espionage focused. Would’ve been way more interesting lol

Hold on, I think you’re panicking for nothing. UPS said they needed a signature, so did someone sign for it? If some random person was at your home and signed for it then ok, it’s stolen. But, if you weren’t home when they tried to deliver it, then they will try to deliver it again. Or, you can go to a pickup location and get it yourself. They usually leave a note about that, but otherwise I would call someone and ask about the status.
I guess I'm stupid because the piano is the only mini-game I can't do. The easiest piano game is harder for me than the hardest crunch game for some reason.
The Instagram marketing is huge for this one. I follow Nintendo of America on there and they’ve been posting a Peach clip every couple of days. They’ve clearly decided Insta is a good target demo for a Peach game.
I’ve seen plenty of marketing. Promotional emails, ads on gaming websites, and Instagram ads. They’ve also done some partnerships. For example, the actress Brie Larson is a “Nintendo Partner” who got to preview the game and had some promotional posts on Instagram about it. I think Nintendo did this with some other celebrities as well.
Welcome to the club. I think it’s pretty hard for anyone to play P4 today and not know about that spoiler. Especially if you browse this sub. It’s still an enjoyable game and there’s a lot more to it than knowing the killer’s identity.

I spent way, way too much time poking around Peter’s house and looking at all the 80s stuff and Easter eggs. They put a lot of thought into that.
That’s a crazy slow pace for 3 missions that can be completed in an hour. PvE must’ve been harder to pull off than they thought, I guess.

This is how I interpret it. We’ll be able to get 600 coins in the free BP and the weekly challenges are now only for battlepass xp.
