If you minmax your exp, you can kill it on floor 2. I've done so a couple times as warrior. One of those times, I did find a cold staff that helped a lot and the other time, I had summoned 4 monsters to take aggro for a bit. You do have to get a bit lucky with items, but it is doable.
Dunno why this is downvoted. It is technically ever so slightly different and there are comparisons showing it is. It is very close to the old 128 tick CS:GO spray. I think treating it as a new game is fine. The game has changed and you know to people with thousands of hours focused on minute muscle memory, it might as well be a different game. Obviously things aren't that different, but they are different. I am enjoying the game a lot more than CSGO now though.
A better argument is the barrier of entry to cards vs skins. Skins are instant and anyone with a steam card can open cases vs card packs where you have to go to a store to buy them or order them online and wait.
It's faster to buy a pack at the store than to buy a Steam card and then actibate the code in Steam. It's different if older kids have credit cards though.
It's gotten so bad, I've started seeing an uptick in Casual as well. When CS2 first came out and until a few weeks ago, I probably only saw one confirmed cheater in Casual put of many hours of games. The past few days, I've seen several. They do look like bought accounts too since they have medals but no skins on them.
You're missing the point here. I never said that it's impossible for billionaires to be good people. My point is that the only way for someone to make a billion dollars is if they accept money that they did not work for. Regardless of all of the positive things that Gabe Newell did, he still payed his workers less than the value they were generating.
You said specifically that being a billionaire comes from having thousands of employees long-term. I just provided an example where a company without a thousand that was ran ethically succeeded. I agree with your other sentiments though. It's been reported he pays them at least double industry standard but obviously Valve generates more per employee than they are paid. You could make an argument about assembling Valve and providing them opportunities that they would make more with Valve than with others as part of the cost though. I don't get how that is "missing the point".

Many people wouldn’t. To some people their moral compass is more important than money, especially if they’re already making a shit tonne of money. If it’s homelessness or wealthy but gambling endorsement, sure. But that’s not the case.

This issue is long engrained in the Counterstrike community and I know of several streamers who haven't taken gambling sponsors even when offered deals that would net them >$1 million over the course of several videos with gambling ads. Hell, Falcons, the Saudi sportswashing oil team with their seemingly unlimited amount of money has been turned down by some pros. There's a lot of greedy people, but there's still others with morals that don't budge. Many can be bought but not everyone.
