Because, in India, if there is something uncomfortable to talk about or does not fall into their interrest, no one even talks about it. It’s like they behave “nothing happened”. I’m a guy who always preaches to respect parents because they do deserve it and somehow get atleast one onboard. That’s the only way. You are losing because mathematically, right now you are into 1 vs 2. Unless, your mom gets to your side, it is going to be difficult. Yes, this wisdom at 19 feels very old like. But this is what I learnt for myself and wish had the chance to change some of the decisions i made. Rest, go with the flow.   6. It is equally important both before and after. And I’m not specifically talking about Protein Shake but ‘Protein’. Having a protein packed meal 2-3hr before is shown beneficial before hitting the gym as the muscles don’t fatigue up and the amino acids work well in a way. If you had a busy schedule or you missed your meal, yes having a shake at least 90 minutes beforehand may work.

  7. I’ve been in jubail since ‘92 and recently moved to Jeddah for Job. And i miss jubail every single day. Yeah, people me call it boring etc. Etc. But it’s peaceful, no chaos, no traffic & kind people. Couldn’t wait to come back home some day. 🤍

  14. Can you link a scoop that pretty much measures 5grams of creatine? I got the optimum nutrition creatine and it didn’t come with a scoop..i have no idea how to measure 5grams exactly and I’m not sure if its worth buying a scale

  15. The creatine I bought was the same Optimum Nutrition & it didn’t had the scoop. But what helped me was during the same period i had pre workout with 5g scoop in it. So it helped. Later i purchased BPI creatine & it had it’s scoop. So I’m just preserving the 5g scoops at this time. Lol! Because, I don’t get it when they say ‘1 tsp’ & even though i had scale for years. Measuring 5g is pain. Although I’d highly recommend buying a scale not only for creatine but your meal preps & if you don’t wanna spend on it, you get these scoop set online or supermarkets. With 3g~10-15g! Or else as they say ‘1 tsp’

  16. If you’re a doctor, I’d say a BIG NO to 12 pro max. To carry that brick size phone weighing about ~250g with case would be pain on a daily basis. Go with 12 pro if you want a SS elegant looking phone or 13 for latest chip and software.

  18. Optimum nutrition Creatine Monohydrate is one of the best and it sources it from Creapure itself. However, creatine is creatine, the cleaner the better. Whatever you find cheap and is monohydrate you may purchase it. Regarding the dosage anything between 3-5g is perfect for long term use. Creatine can be taken at any time of the day, however few studies suggest that taking it post-workout has better absorption (also you don’t forget and remain constant). So you may mix it with your protein shake as well. It’s highly recommended to take creatine to take on rest days as well. On rest days, have it with your protein shake/juice/water of your preference. Lastly, a minimum of 1-1.5 gallon of water intake throughout the day daily. Since creatine requires saturation, most of the water is absorbed into the cells. So be regular with it to avoid dehydration and bloating etc. hope this helps.

  19. Anything that’s comfortable for you. And yes, would be better if it mixes all well. A spring induced shaker usually helps a lot. Although a good quality creatine do mixes well anyways. You may also have creatine with your protein shake post workout all together. Better absorption.

  20. Really comes down to genetics and understanding where most of your fat is stored. 2 months may be a bit of a push but it all comes down to diet really. Who knows maybe you’ve always had decent abs but your diet just wasn’t there and they could pop in two months if you eat right.

  21. Agree to this. Yes you may attain so, but don’t rush for it too. As going into a massive calorie deficit may make you weak, drop testosterone & loose muscle. Instead, stay on a healthy sustainable diet. A adequate calorie deficit & a good sleep for recovery. And you’ll get there soon.

  23. Creatine requires saturation, so yes to keep those levels up have it on rest days as well with water/juice of your choice. Regarding on workout days, have it post workout. Studies suggest a better absorption when had post.

  26. I agree. 2 days back i just randomly said that i love home made mamoul. And one of my friend just heard me saying that. Guess what I’m getting this week? Home made mamoul! ;) And I’ve been in saudi since childhood, i might be wrong in this but just an opinion, like the new generation is more chilled and relaxed. They don’t care about who is what & I absolutely love it.
