I'm way more aware of my own body (feeling more hungry and thirsty) but I also cant really get hyperfocust anymore so drawing and playing videogames just isn't as much fun. I just wait to eat and sleep most of the time. I just feel unmotivated and kind of of physicly (my diet isn't great, I'm defitiant in a lot of thing so maybe I'm just noticing that) I also stim a lot more.
yea that is not at all what meds are supposed to do. theyre supposed to make your life easier or better, not worse. highly recommend bringing these points up specifically to your doctor if youre able to so you might get other meds that do make you feel better in daily life

Hoe lang het geldig is heeft dus niks met de kosten te maken en de redenatie dat omdat het bij ons dubbel zo lang geldig is, de prijs redelijk is begrijp ik niet. Toen het bewijs bij ons 5 jaar geldig was, was deze niet de helft van de prijs.
Het punt is dat de kosten voor een ID (kaart, paspoort of iets anders) vrijwel nooit optioneel is. Dit betekent dat de kosten ook niet optioneel zijn, en dan is het het eerlijkste om de kosten per jaar te berekenen voor de vergelijking.
its not that easy for a lot of people. you dont "just go find therapy" in a lot of places. for example, here in the netherlands if i wanted a therapist theres at minimum a 3 month waiting period (often a lot longer), i have to do all the insurance bullshit myself (no one is willing or allowed to help with that) and even then i have to pay hundreds of euros to even begin because thats how health insurance works here.
Having trauma isn't an excuse to commit crimes. Understanding of the trauma, of course, yes, but that is not related in the slightest to that person committing a crime. If it was, then that person should not be free in the world as they are a danger to others.
