I'd caution that those floor tiles may contain asbestos depending on how old they are. They made floor tiles containing asbestos into the 80's, be safe if you are working with them.

My daughters dad said that about a girl when we were young (pre daughter). The trouble is the girl married fresh out of HS. So she was off the market. Many years went by and she was separated and my daughters dad married her as soon as her divorce was final and the waiting period was over. We were done way before he married her. But he did leave his fiancé and son and the house they just bought.
I have a friend who’s favorite thing to call me is dumb or stupid. Currently no contact with this person. Calling someone stupid is rude as hell. Especially as an adult.

I had Adenomyosis and Endometriosis. My uterus was almost 3x the size it was supposed to be. One of many fibroids alone was 6cm. I would have 2 week periods and burned through a S+ tampon in 30 min. Spotted between periods. Couldn’t have a normal sex life due to all the constant bleeding. And TMI the smell of the spotting was terrible due to the old blood that was basically stuck due to the fibroids. My gyno refused to do anything so I had to go to my family doc and get a referral to a new gyno. 10 min in to my appointment with my new gyno and I was scheduling my hysterectomy. Never felt better! I had it in April. Still have my ovaries so no hormonal imbalances.

I left facility work and would never go back. I’m still a CNA, but work at a day center. But when I worked in LTC I learned something. It does not matter how hard you work or how many hrs you put in. You can be the best CNA they have and your pay will not reflect that. Don’t burn yourself out for anyone. Because it won’t get you anywhere.
