When are you watering - right when your lights come on? Is there a chance that you're pouring water onto the plants a little? They look fairly wet - are you letting them dry out thoroughly before you water again? In my experience, seedlings prefer things that way but older plants can stay pretty wet.
These pictures are after a fresh watering. I always check the soil with a toothpick to see if not only the top soil is dry, but at least an inch under it is dry, too. I water them with roughly 50ml 2-3 times a week.
Try watering in the morning. It looks like where the damage is, the leaves are leaning onto wet dirt in other pots. If you can space them out, that also might help a little bit. Good luck!

I make something very similar but typically add a bunch of extra herbs, celery salt and mix with tomato juice, maybe some clamato,instead of water. Found pouring it over ice and drinking it was much more helpful to my mood when sitting in the garden. /s
