skin actually grows back surprisingly quickly. sure, about a week of hospital(time varies), and 1-3 months for recovery. you’re gonna be in a cast and will need a catheter for a bit (fusing pee holes aint easy) but ends you up with a nice new penis that has full sensitivity as a birth one. do note while that many months seems long, it’s longer for a fractured bone(not even split) or damaged organ (kidney and liver is similar but has a longer minimum).
