Everyone wearing just a white jersey ruins the effect in my opinion. There's too much dark colour on it. I wish everyone went back to wearing crazy all white outfits.
I liked the "White Out" Jets jerseys that were made a couple years ago for the playoffs. Everything was white, including the team crest, name plate, Numbers. It looked sharp.
Personally I’d prefer a system where games either ended in a tie and both teams get one point or a 3-1-0 point system where a win gets 3 points and OTL is 1. 3 OTLs equalling one win seems much fairer than 2 OTLs equalling a win
I like to challenge them with sleep switch (strip heater) when they're new. I actually find it's pretty rare to have a sleeping conductor while we're moving these days.
I find it's the hardest to stay awake when we're moving, as we're moving so slowly, the engine gently rocking back and forth can make you a little drowsy.
Another company doesn't care if we use them in the cab either, as they usually hope we have them on so they can contact us to update us on where we are going (if we're rescuing a crew. Nobody is answering that call if we are deadheadong straight through)
If you have balanced development off, you could always reduce the age that players start to regress for a little while. That should help balance things a bit.
If you go to the draft order and click on a team you can Sim to that pick. Not exactly what you're asking for but similar and I didn't know this till fairly recently!
