Yeah, it's that kind of tent with a portable A/C unit inside. They're already set up when you arrive. The A/C can run whenever you want, so we've got it going non-stop. Unfortunately, it's still hotter inside the tent than outside, hopefully it gets better soon.
Yea they advertised it as being like 20 to 30 degrees less than the outside temp. I naturally run hot so that’s good! I’ll take anything lol. Thanks for the update!
We got here at 9am. Still not a ton of people near us yet. They went around about an hour ago, and turned on all the ACs in the tent. So hopefully you won’t have the issues we did in trying to get it to cool down. Our exhusted tube that puts the hot air outside wasn’t secured correctly and was blowing hot air into our tent 🤦🏽♀️ so just make sure it’s connected haha other then that, it’s been pretty manageable in comparison to outside! We also have a regular fan that we’ve been bringing outside too, soooooo I’d recommend that, if you have space and time to stop if you don’t already have one
I grew up on the east coast, and I live in Sacramento now! The dry heat is wayyy worse in my opinion lol. I’m just hoping I sweat off all the junk I’m going to eat hahaha

The liquor laws in TN are pretty laid back. I also put my liquor in a plastic bottle. I would highly encourage straying away from bringing champagne because of the glass Bottles.

Make sure your exhusted tube is connected correctly, we have an issue and it was pumping hot air into the tent!

Nice! Yes this extra fan is helping us out a lot! Yes there is space in front for an ez-up/canopy. So you can set up and relax and what not!

No, at least not where our electric tent was, we were closer to plaza 3 if I remember correctly. We were a skip, hop and a jump from the main entrance
