Did you perhaps use a Tesla potion and got near the wall of flesh and the Tesla aura hit its eyes/mouth? If it did and that was when you crashed, try and fight the wall of flesh again without Tesla potion. My friends and I had the same problem and the main cause was Tesla aura hitting either eyes or mouth and tmod immediately stops responding
Alright I already saw that he did that but I was trying to see if he said anything about actually nerfing them? (Other than blue bombs, but he did compensate with bubbles being buffed which caused the overall blue hives to get even more blue pollen)

Nono, not just from boosting. Blue hives even when macro got a buff from the pollen gain too. Tested it with my blue hive too before and after the beesmas update

Are you by chance using a Tesla potion? And the Tesla aura hits WoF and then crashes? If so, I think you should just not use Tesla potion

It’s completely useless outside of spirit bear quests and some beesmas quests
It gives tickets, snowflakes, oil, sunflower seeds, cloud vials, star jellies, and some more stuff
Did it for homework in school, mostly used parabolic equations, line segments, and circles but there are some hyperbolas and ellipses in the mix too
