  4. That looks good. I’m confident that I could eat the whole thing.

  5. I’ve been married for 20 years, having had one other long-term relationship and a few brief entanglements. After six years of weekly therapy, I mostly understand how to identify my actual feelings, and differentiate between them and the feelings I think that I should be having. If I’d known this at 18, my life would have been quite different.

  6. Would you be able to share a few techniques or approaches you take to delineating between the two?

  7. For me, the first step was just realising I didn’t acknowledge my feelings properly (or at all). I had learnt to discount them in favour of an outward looking approach to a situation and how I thought I ‘should’ feel, which I ended up confusing with how I actually felt.

  8. This is very helpful for me and I appreciate the time you took to share. Thank you

  9. In the distant future, there won't be thousands of companies. There will only be handful of competing Megacorps, each in control of an advanced intelligence like Tony Stark's Jarvis and all willing do whatever it takes to keep their precious AI dominant.

  10. It's hard to really fathom some of this stuff. Consolidation of many entire industries under the umbrella of AI. As you said, the entertainment one is easily grasped. Sora is already on the cusp of it, and I would be surprised if behind closed doors companies like Disney are panicking, desperately trying to figure out how viable that kind of content generation is, and if they can swim against the current head-on, or if they have to just go with the flow or drown. As you said, the idea of a being presented multiple synopses and then as you select one a brand new movie or show nobody has ever seen before is created for you right then and there...it's not going to be science fiction.

  11. Yep, I believe you are spot on. Consolidation of industries will be huge. I think in the distant future, the largest corps will own entire supply chains, from the resources themselves to the logistical assets, the automated manufacturing, the targeted advertising, and the delivery of the final product - all managed by a single intelligence.

  12. wait, what kind of robot are we talking about :4275:

  15. I can only assume there is something that OP hasn’t relayed to us. This sounds very much like a woman who has reached the end of the line with a man who has seriously wronged her.

  16. It's been a heck of a time hunting down each one of these pieces but as you know that's also part of the fun! I try rotate each and every watch at least once a month. If something doesn't get enough wrist time I put it on the chopping block for sale. These are all the ones that have made the cut and now the problem is I truly have a hard time deciding which one to wear as I love each piece in it's own way. I try to collect something that is a little off the beaten path but of course there's some iconic pieces in the mix. What is your favorite part about vintage collecting?

  17. Maybe you make your decision based on the rest of your outfit? Surely one or two pieces works better with your outfit than the rest.

  18. I have multiple friends from Florida that are heat fans, and all of them said Dirk was a monster, and winning that series

  21. Yahoo just showed NVDA dipping into the $600s during AH. That must be a glitch...

  22. what does it mean if the stock is going up while the volume is falling?

  23. 100 people want to buy your stock at $85/share. Fewer want to buy it at $95/share.

  24. I just read a very scary and detailed post that says CPI will come in hot tomorrow and I don't have nearly enough puts to hedge
