God I can't stand the "too much public assistance" argument. I would love to see some of these people try to live on just a stimulus check alone and see how far they get.
Me either, like the extra assistance ended so long ago and that was BEFORE landlords upped rent 50-150%, gas went up 80% and even the utilities are finding ways to squeeze people. $15/hr if you live even a gallon of gas away cuts majorly into take home, not to mention any health insurance costs or the stupid amount of tax coming out of a check before it gets to you.

Probably about 1.5 feet, these are asiatic and it seems like oriental ones grow taller and skinnier than these plants. Not sure if they'd be taller if they weren't with anything else.
I love lilies as well. I bought a beautiful red one and a baby rabbit ate the whole flipping thing š¢ My strategy next year is to plant too much for one rabbit to devour.
I'd get some clover and keep it in shallow pots around the edge of my garden so they eat that instead! I have a particularly cheeky woodchuck who I noticed eats all the leaves of this very pokey weed I have, so I let that grow elsewhere to distract him

Meanwhile Iāve had my interviewer be a no-show before. I was there 20 minutes early and 30 minutes past the interview time they still werenāt there so I left. They then call me to tell me I wasted their time, as if they didnāt waste an hour of mine.
This was my thought and if it wasn't for the community I'm searching for work in I would have commented as such. I've been called on the way to an interview 45 min away while at the gas station halfway there and told "sorry I forgot my kid had a thing today, someone else will interview you" he just meant he was gonna hope the manager was in the store when I arrived. I've showed up and been asked to wait or reschedule. Talk about unprofessional, this behavior on a job forum as a staffing company hiring manager is unprofessional AF!

I should have known as all our maples lining the side of our home have red spots on them that I learned were gall as well.
