  1. Honestly pretty sharp, no one let the side down and their goals were a well worked effort and a weird penalty. Im not as dismayed as I thought Id be

  2. I'm more interested in why they staff so thin that the loss of one employee creates such a disruption to operations

  3. Spurs managed to get to the top 3 without beating a single good team. Their best result against a good side was a 2 - 2 draw at Stamford Bridge and they've lost the rest.

  4. None of the top 6 have beaten each other at away until Newcastle yesterday obviously

  5. Well.. there is the one "get's" rather than "gets", but that's about it as far as I noticed.

  6. Give them the finger and make your own in-house system, it will probably take a year or two but will be well-worth it in the long run.

  7. And what in the meantime? Have no crime management system whilst we develop one? Pay their rates whilst we develop our own?

  8. Just poach some of the folks who made it for the company in the first place, it would be cheaper to pay them 10x their ordinary salary for a year or two than keep using that stuff.

  9. “Oh I’ve got an email from XYZ Police asking if I’d like to join them and help them develop a system” like that wouldn’t get passed back up the chain? Come on mate

  10. What happens at the courts is in part, what evidence the police collect Don’t make them out to be some kind of grey man.

  11. Have you seen most officers conduct their duties…would you say that all officer act competently at all times? The original post suggest police are some kind of unbiased robots. The evidence police gather, how they gather it and from what sources has a bearing on the court sentencing. Globally we see mis carriages of justice based on this and by inherent biases. The met police is institutionally corrupt . That’s been evidence my independent reports.

  12. What's this marching song called that the band is playing? It's epic

  13. Dumb question from an Aussie watching on the ABC... the loud "pops" I'm hearing every so often, are they ceremonial rifle shots or something?

  14. Surely if that were to happen, the police could just release the footage and disprove them? They'll already have considered your scenario.

  15. Seems like announcing a good chunk of your police force is going to be hours away on a specific day isn’t necessarily a great idea.

  16. As a child of the 70s/80s I only associate Sugar with the absolute crap his company made. Turns out he made most of his cash by selling the rights to a chip in Sky boxes which he acquired through pure luck. Without that he would be just another failed businessman.

  17. Amstrad was doing amazingly well even before they started supplying satellite dishes to BSkyB as it was then.

  18. They might be envious but not of the yacht specifically, just that Lord Sugar has more than enough while this person is struggling to make ends meet in a time of crisis. It's still a dick move on Lord Sugar's part and someone proud of their working class roots should remember what is was like to grow up without such opulence.

  19. I don’t get why he can’t post pictures of his lifestyle on his own Twitter? Why do people feel so entitled to be able to be bothered about it? Just don’t look

  20. “Those who never change their minds, never change anything” - Winston Churchill

  21. Monarchy doesn't function that way - either stay silent or there's the door

  22. They certainly don’t stay silent, and it wouldn’t be a bad thing for them to get involved in certain matters.

  23. so who should we send the bills of flights/tickets/memberships/hotels? premier league or royal family?

  24. I tried, but these clowns took down option of contacting them in their website hahaha
