  2. Depends on the loner. James Bond is a bit of a loner. It just depends on what you look like. Hot loners are seen as sexy. I fucking hate people and women see this as mysterious. The times I do go out, girls ask my friends where I went, what my deal is. Women say stupid shit like "your friend seems hurt," and "What happened to you, let me fix you." No thanks. I'm not humblebragging, I'm just saying that this duplicitous behavior makes me hate people even more.

  5. Not sure how long you've been lifting, but the Bill Starr developed 5x5 program is an excellent all around program. Anyone can benefit from it, but once you've reached a certain level, it all depends on your goals. Hypertrophy is generally about getting as much blood flow thru the muscle as possible, and breaking down those muscle fibres to promote growth. Hypertrophy doesn't stress the central nervous system as much as the lower rep heavy weight power lifting. This is why you'll see the lower weight class Olympic lifters not look super muscular, but lifting incredible weight for their size. So what are your goals? Strength training should be part of every lifters program at some point, even if hypertrophy is the goal.

  6. Well, eat lots and make sure protein is your key macro. Do 6-8 week 5x5 strength microcycles, then a week of de-load, then do 8-10 weeks of hypertrophy using lighter weight, more reps, shorter rest periods, incorporating drop sets. Best of luck.

  14. Just finished reading it! Very solid horror manga, a majority of the scares end up predictable, but overall I liked it and enjoyed the twists that it had. I would recommend it! Definitely a good read!
